CSAT Strategic Partners are states that participate in CSAT's agreement to mutual defense and military cooperation. These may or may not be economic partners as well.

CSAT Global Partners are states that are not signatories to the defense treaty but still benefit from the economic agreements or states that wish to have closer ties with CSAT.
