To be considered for recruitment into the Global Operations Division, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: 18-35 years old.
- National Origin: Open to individuals from any nation.
- Physical and Psychological Fitness: A comprehensive physical fitness test and psychological evaluation must be passed.
- Commitment: A minimum service period of 5 years is required. Recruits must demonstrate a willingness to adhere to CSAT’s values of loyalty, professionalism, and excellence.
- Identity Requirement: All foreign recruits must adopt a new identity upon enlistment. This is a mandatory process designed to protect your privacy and allow you to serve with a clean slate. This policy ensures that recruits can focus fully on their service and mission without distractions from their past lives.
If you meet these qualifications, you are ready to take the next step in your journey with CSAT.
Identity Requirement for Foreign Service
Why Adopt a New Identity?
The Global Operations Division has a long-standing policy that all foreign recruits must adopt a new identity when joining CSAT. This practice is mandatory and serves multiple purposes. The primary reason is to ensure recruits can fully integrate into the operational structure without the complications or distractions of their past identities. This identity change offers recruits a fresh start and a clear path to service without any lingering personal or legal issues.
What Does This Mean for You?
Upon enlistment, all recruits must select a new identity, including a new name. This new identity will be your official designation during your time in service. This mandatory step is part of the integration process and is designed to eliminate any connection to your past life, ensuring that you start your new chapter with a clear focus on your mission and responsibilities within CSAT.
While you will be required to adopt a new identity for operational purposes, CSAT will still respect your personal history in private matters. Any necessary details about your past life will remain confidential and protected by CSAT’s strict protocols.
Service Regularization and Identity Recovery
After a minimum of six months of service, you may begin the Regularization of Military Situation process, where you can start the procedure to recover your original identity. This step is designed for those who have served well and have proven their commitment to CSAT. Upon successfully completing this process, your military service records and the identity change will be regularized. This step will involve providing official documents to confirm your previous identity.
Whether or not you choose to recover your original identity, you will be able to apply for CSAT citizenship under the conditions set forth by the organization. You may choose any CSAT Signatory State or Streategic Partner for nationalization. If granted, you will become a permanent member of the CSAT forces, with full rights as a citizen of CSAT.
A Path to Prestige and Duty
Serving in the Global Operations Division is not just about military service; it’s about taking part in something much larger—an opportunity to protect and shape the future of the world. If you are ready for a challenge and committed to excellence, then the Global Operations Division is your next step.
